Haley Byrd Wilt is a writer and editor based in the D.C. area. Her work has been published in Christianity Today, Foreign Policy, and the New York Times, among others. Several of her fiction stories have appeared in Analog Science Fiction & Fact.  She spent nine years reporting on the U.S. Congress before deciding her time might be used better elsewhere.​ Now, when Haley isn't reading, she's usually outside, making crafts with her kids, or scheming up good books at Victorious Hermit.
